Bank Petrocommerce offers depositary services on the securities market and provides a broad range of depositary services, including:
- Record and certification of title to securities, record and certification of transfer of title to securities, registration of encumbrance over securities
- Safekeeping of certificates of securities and promissory notes
- Assistance to holders of securities in exercising their rights, including the right of management of joint-stock companies and obtainment of income from securities
- Informing of the issuers' corporate acts, state of the securities market, re-registration of securities etc.
Depositary services of Bank Petrocommerce also cover equities. At the instruction of its clients, Bank Petrocommerce acts as a nominee holder of shares of various issuers.
The Bank's custody department accepts securities in documentary and book-entry form, including:
- corporate securities;
- sovereign bonds, in respect of which the Bank acts as an authorised sub-depositary on the basis of the contract with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
- other sovereign and municipal bonds in documentary form with and without centralised keeping;
- international market instruments (eurobonds, ADR, GDR etc.).
