Card Issuance for Counterparty Banks
A counterparty bank joining an international association under the sponsorship of Bank Petrocommerce acquires an opportunity to issue bank cards with its own design and logo and to record cardholders' accounts on its balance sheet. Technical support and maintenance of the counterparty bank are carried out on the basis of a fully-functional processing centre ensuring stable functioning of any number of issued cards, cash points and merchants accepting cards as payment for goods and services.
Acquiring Services for Counterparty Banks
Bank Petrocommerce offers VISA è MasterCard acquiring services to the clients of counterparty banks.
By entering into contractual relationship with Bank Petrocommerce, the counterparty bank gets an opportunity:
- to connect cash withdrawal terminals (ATMs, POS-terminals) to the processing centre of Bank Petrocommerce;
- to enable the merchants serviced by the counterparty bank to accept cards of VISA è MasterCard as payment for goods and services.
