Bank Petrocommerce exercises currency control as an agent in accordance with the requirements of the currency law of the Russian Federation, the regulations of the Bank of Russia and the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
If the company needs currency control services, the Bank can render assistance in drawing up and executing passports of export and import transactions denominated in foreign currency and roubles and service foreign economic contracts.
At the client's request, the Bank provides the information of the current state of settlements under the passport of the deal.
The Bank pursues a flexible policy in respect of charging fees from its customers for currency control agency services.
