Corporate Structure

The Board of Directors of the Bank exercises general management of the Bank’s activities, with the exception of the matters falling within the scope of competence of the General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders according to Federal law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and the Bank’s Charter.

The Managing Board of Bank Petrocommerce (hereafter — Managing Board) is a collegial executive body of Bank Petrocommerce.
