¹  Since July 2007 RusRating Agency has been updating credit ratings of financial institutions on monthly basis. Up to March 2009 Bank Petrocommerce’ rating did not change (save for October 2008 – February 2009 period when the Agency did not assign rating outlooks). In February 2009 the rating criteria were reinvented. As the result, ratings of some financial institutions, including Bank Petrocommerce, were upgraded. Officially new criteria came into effect on 2 March 2009.

² On 24 October 2011, Rating Agency RusRating started to assign national scale ratings.
